ABOUT
I’ve spent my career building commercial organisations for technology businesses that others considered too complex to sell. From cross-device identity resolution and first-party data networks to influencer marketing platforms and aviation media ecosystems, the work has consistently sat at the intersection of technically sophisticated products and the enterprise buyers who need to understand and trust them before they’ll commit budget. I’ve founded two businesses, scaled a third as CRO and built European commercial organisations for two US-headquartered technology platforms. The pattern across all of it has been the same: take a genuinely innovative product, design the commercial architecture around it, build the team and the process, and create the kind of consistent, measurable growth that doesn’t depend on any one person to sustain it. I led global commercial development at Spafax, where I built a first-of-its-kind aviation first-party data network. Most recently, I founded Commercial Foundry — a strategic practice and published body of thinking on how technology businesses build scalable commercial architecture.

Co-founded and scaled a data-driven MarTech platform connecting global brands with premium creator audiences, building the commercial organisation, revenue model and enterprise client base from nothing. — Developed XPass, a privacy-safe data collaboration platform. — Built partnerships with Vodafone, M&S, P&G, Coca-Cola and General Mills. — Scaled the audience network to over 130 million social profiles. — Built, led and exited the business after five years of international growth.

Founded, bootstrapped and scaled a premium online digital media sales house and publisher data network. — Built a 6-person sales team generating over £6M in total revenues. — Negotiated £1M partnership with GroupM and £750K agreement with Arena BLM. — Executed successful corporate exit via acquisition to Kontera Media Group.
